What is the Legacy Circle?

The Legacy Circle is a culturally affirming community for young Black golfers who already play the game and want to feel connected, seen, and supported.

Golf can be an isolating journey for many Black juniors.
The Legacy Circle was created to change that — by building intentional spaces where identity, belonging, and culture are at the center of the experience.

What We Focus On

Identity & Belonging

We affirm who each child is and help them feel confident in a sport where they may be the only one who looks like them.

Legacy & History

We teach the stories of Black golf pioneers so juniors understand the shoulders they stand on and the history they carry forward.

Community & Connection

We bring young golfers together to build meaningful friendships, share experiences, and see others who reflect their journey.

Leadership & Growth

We support the development of confidence, communication, and leadership — on and off the course.

More Than a Program

The Legacy Circle is not a clinic.
It is not performance-based instruction.
It is a movement built on belonging, culture, and community.

Through local meetups and a national online circle, each participant becomes part of something bigger — a growing family of young golfers who learn together, uplift each other, and honor the history that made their presence possible.

This is where identity is strengthened.
This is where culture is celebrated.
This is where honor becomes legacy.
